Our Glorious Founder and Friend - Crayvalley

Well, where to start? Trying to fit the talents and achievements of one so great in time so little is no easy task. Crayvalley, without whom, none of us would be able to take part in such an amazing clan. Not only is he a great leader, with an incredible mind, he is a person of unrivalled personality. I'm sure you'd all agree when I say Cray is one who not only leads us, but makes it enjoyable to be lead.

History

Cray hasn't always been the shining star you know him as today. Believe it or not, they were times when Cray was noob, and not just any old noob, oh no. He was one of the most despicable, annoying tit heads this game has ever beared witness to. Lets take a look back at Cray's newbie days shall we?

Here we see Cray not being allowed to play Sherwood because his mummy said he was doing bad in school. Aw!

Here is Cray, displaying his talented trashing. This was taken in August 2008. Dang, I'd of hated to be in an argument with him back then!

Once more Cray displays his abilities, but on a much more serious scale. Enemies beware, he is a member of a gang, don't get rude.

Later on, thankfully, he has changed with age. He became wiser, and stronger. Both as a fighter and a leader. After pissing about with GoW for a while and various other stuff he was involved in, I ran into him in 2012 where he was leading a clan named OC. If I remember, he was leading alongside Eternal. OC of 2012 was powerful, and was really the first true display to the newgen world of Cray's talents. OC could fill 3 rooms in it's prime, it was huge. Admittedly, I didn't speak to Cray much in OC, he was my leader, nothing more.

After OC, came the era of LC. During LC, Cray started to show more humerous behaviour, coupled with fighting prowess. He became Foreman of LC, which is basically leader. Whilst I was a part of LC, even in the Tier 1 section, I never really spoke to him. As time went on, and DH was created, Cray played a huge role within TE. Basically leading the LC branch of The Empire, he was respected, and well known. It was around this time I first started speaking with him, during fights and raids. Where he would use lines toward the enemies, for example, TNR ''The custard warriors are here'' or, ''the arrival of the simpsons''.

Cray eventually ended up splitting from The Empire, and remaking his clan, the Spartans of Faith. He asked me if I would join him, after taking a while to think about it, I accepted, and joined his ranks as Leader. It is here where I got to know Cray properly. I witnessed first hand his leadership style and his behaviour. I saw his iron fist approach which coupled well with my own personality, helping us grow into a very good duo to lead. It did take me a while to adjust to his styles, but we worked and worked, and SoF became strong in a short space of time. Amassing very good loyal players, whom we became close with. Before long, we became the #1 clan in Sherwood, and fought directly against The Empire.

Alas, our domination was not to last, as we ended up taking down the clan, but not for long. Once The Empire was gone, SoF was remade, time and time again, every single time reaching #1. However, the problem was that the leadership would become bored of winning time after time, and stop playing after a month or so, resulting in the clan dying off. After making SoF a few times, the group of loyal leadership we were part of decided to mess around a little. We created a clan called PoB, or in other words, Preservers of Balance. A joke clan for a bit of fun, messing around with names of elements, like ElementalEarth and ElementalWater. However fun and non-serious this clan was planned to be, we actually were pretty dominant, and won pretty much every raid we had.

We remade SoF once more after PoB and numerous others. Our following was smaller, due to the amount of times we had tried this and promised to stick around, however, those who were loyal, always returned. Yet again, we were #1, the driving force in Sherwood, true spartans. We slayed everyone who stood in our way.

During this remake of SoF, Cray's internet unfortunately cut out. This may not seem like a big deal, but in all previous versions of SoF, it was completely dependent on Cray. Without Cray, SoF would not function, it would not raid, it would not win. However, without him, this time the members rose up, the leadership took charge to honor the work our Founder had put in over the years, and we dominated Sherwood in his absence.

Cray assured us, that if we stuck together, and worked together, there was nothing that we could not acheive. However, some of our members grew tired of the continued promises, and decided to fight alongside other clans. Cray, being the no nonsense, unforgiving leader he is, directly aimed for these 'traitors' and made them regret ever leaving our ranks.

Within this remake, came another clash with The Empire, however this time, we decided to form up alongside Deo Volente, and merge together to create Ultimus Consurgo, or Last Stand. A clan of unmatched numbers and strength, capable of filling rooms with ease. However, it was too good to be true. The members did not work well with each other, and often argued. Cray grew tired of carrying DV through their war, and decided to split off from UC, with most if not all of his members. But before doing so, we had our fun.

After this, came a long period of nothingness. SoF ended up disappearing, again due to Cray and the other leaders becoming busy or bored. However, after the death of The Empire, it was requested by many that SoF should return. The leadership talked, and eventually all agreed to make it a reality. On the first day, Cray, Myself, Volt, and others had worked solidly to return SoF to its former glory. With the return of many old faces and some newer ones, the shining example of a clan you see before you today was born. Cray lead us to glory yet again, taking us to #1 on both clan rating websites.

Stronger than ever before, upon Crays return it became apparent that this SoF was here to stay. Finally we had found the right balance, the right people. We had done Cray proud. To this day we continue to rule Sherwood. We continue to honor the Spartan way of dominance. We continue to fight for our glorious founder, Crayvalley. Long live SoF, and long live the reign of Cray!

Outside of Sherwood

Outside of Sherwood Cray is very much similar to in game. After playing many other games with him, like San Andreas DayZ and Mount and Blade you notice he tries to be the best in every game he plays, unfortunately, never is.

His ongoing conflict with Thomas Squidward beddard is one of the funniest things I have witnessed come from Cray. His artistic talents know no bounds.

Away from his hilarious bullying tendencies, he is also an author. Actually publishing a book on Amazon.

And last but not least..we have the creation of Spuder. A creation that we made together, and is one of the strangest things we have ever done.

Crayvalley - One of the most influential leaders this game has seen. I am honored to fight alongside him within SoF, and I am honored to call him my friend.
